About EOS

EOS.IO is a blockchain protocol powered by the native cryptocurrency EOS. The protocol emulates most of the attributes of a real computer including hardware (CPU(s) & GPU(s) for processing, local/RAM memory, hard-disk storage) with the computing resources distributed equally among EOS cryptocurrency holders. EOSIO operates as a smart contract platform and decentralized operating system intended for the deployment of industrial-scale decentralized applications through a decentralized autonomous corporation model. The smart contract platform claims to eliminate transaction fees and also conduct millions of transactions per second. EOS (EOS) is software that introduces a blockchain architecture designed to enable vertical and horizontal scaling of decentralized applications. The EOS software provides accounts, authentication, databases, asynchronous communication and the scheduling of applications across multiple CPU cores and/or clusters.

I heard someone say "Eos is a shitcoin and Dan Larimer should be in prison for fraud. Ban me, r/eos mods." What did he mean by this? Also, if these exist... Can I get one of them? I'd like to print it out and frame it: https://i.imgur.com/a6Vql2H.png

Here's a message from the Greymass team that we're sharing with our community: Today we're launching the iOS beta version of Anchor, an authenticator (very similar to the authenticator B1 published) that utilizes the EOSIO Signing Request (ESR) protocol we've been working on. It's the culmination of a lot of our work over the past year or two within the space, and as we move forward this product and it's protocols - it will offer additional ways to drive adoption. I use the scatter dekstop wallet to manage my eos tokens. I had most of them added them to savings. After releasing part of my savings some days ago (like one week now), I still dont see my tokens coming back to my wallet. Is this normal? Similar experiences?

When you launch a local instance of dfuse for EOSIO, you are actually spinning up 17 microservices. To better understand how these microservices all interact and what each one does, dfuse's CTO Alexandre Bourget will be hosting a webinar. We look forward to getting everyone up to speed and showing off the power now available to every blockchain developer out there. https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/8315899998197/WN\_HV3y-wJ1R6q2yDBihXs7Dg https://preview.redd.it/pf9udayxk4151.jpg?width=2000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=18392cb37aaac5a223110ad2f94ffb556c4e5bcf
